Mr. Carl DeCordova P'08, P'11

Carl DeCordova is a Corporate Treasury and Finance Executive with over 30 years experience in strategically advancing Treasury objectives through deep risk management expertise, a proven ability to operationalize process and technology innovations. He has been recognized for his ability to assess and mitigate unforeseen risks by achieving an ongoing collaborative mindset with business partners.

 

He currently serves as a Director with the Transatlantic Reinsurance Company. In his current role he oversees treasury operations, evaluates cash management processes, bank relationships, financial risk management, capital markets, investments, SOX compliance, trade finance and worldwide treasury data. Appointed by the Treasurer, he works to implement efforts increasing the efficiency and performance of all global Treasury functions, yielding significant savings, improved effectiveness, and reduced risk.

 

Carl is a graduate of St. John’s University (B.S. Peter J. Tobin School of Business – Accounting) and Pace University (MBA – Lubin Graduate School of Business – Finance )
