Early Action – Binghamton's new Early Action deadline is November 1st. Students are encouraged to submit all of their materials to us by December 1 to be considered for Early Action.
Coalition Application – Binghamton is pleased to announce that we will be participating in the new Coalition Application, which highlights our commitment to ensuring all students have an accessible path to the college experience. We will begin processing Coalition Applications in early October. Binghamton will continue to accept both The Common Application and the SUNY Application. We will not provide preferential treatment to applicants based on which application they submit.
Applying for financial aid -- Now that families can submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as early as Oct. 1 and use tax forms from two years prior (known as "Prior-Prior"), Binghamton has adjusted its financial aid timeline to accommodate the changes. Our priority filing date is Jan. 1, 2017, but students can apply for financial aid through May 1, 2018.
