September 2020 Orientation Schedule

It is imperative that students who are scheduled for an in-person orientation arrive on time. We will be conducting health screenings outside the school for all students who are scheduled to attend orientation; students who arrive at the building who are not scheduled to attend an orientation will not be admitted and will be asked to call their parents to be picked up.

 

All students, whether they are attending in person or remotely, must wear the school uniform for their orientation. All students must wear masks while in the building.

7:45am-8:15am – Arrivals, MyMedbot confirmations/temperature checks

8:15am-10:30am

10:30am-11:00am – Closing prayers & dismissal

 

Students will be dismissed promptly at 11:00am via the “B” staircase. No student will be permitted to remain in the building after orientation has ended.

11:30am-12:00pm - Arrivals, MyMedbot confirmations/temperature checks

12:00pm-2:15pm

2:15pm-2:45pm – Closing prayers & dismissal

 

Students will be dismissed promptly at 2:45pm via the “B” staircase. No student will be permitted to remain in the building after orientation has ended.

Students will be dismissed promptly at 11:00am via the “B” staircase. No student will be permitted to remain in the building after orientation has ended.

12:30pm -1:30pm – Freshmen Fully Remote– All Cohorts
Freshmen will be sent invitations to a Google Meet through their school email addresses no later than September 10. All fully remote students should pick up their Chromebooks from the main office of the school during the week of August 31. Students must wear their school uniforms for the orientation.

 

1:30pm – 2:30pm - Sophomores, Juniors & Seniors –Fully Remote – All Cohorts
Students will be sent invitations to a Google Meet through their school email addresses no later than September 10. Students must wear their school uniforms for the orientation.

7:45am – 10th grade cohort 1 arrival

7:55am – 11th grade cohort 1 arrival

8:05am – 12th grade cohort 1 arrival

8:15am – 9:40am

9:40am – 9:50am – Community prayer & dismissal

 

10:20am – 12:20pm – Cohort 2 - Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors

 

10:20am – 10th grade cohort 2 arrival

10:30am – 11th grade cohort 2 arrival

10:40am – 12th grade cohort 2 arrival

10:50am – 12:10pm

12:10pm – 12:20pm – Community prayer & dismissal

 

12:50pm – 10th grade cohort 3 arrival

1:00pm – 11th grade cohort 3 arrival

1:10pm – 12th grade cohort 3 arrival

1:20pm – 2:45pm

2:45pm – 2:55pm – Community prayer & dismissal
