Info: Applicant must make a video of three minutes or less answering the question "Should the President have the sole authority to launch a nuclear attack?" Applicants should talk about whether or not you think this policy is a good idea. If not, why not? Should it be changed? What should U.S. policy be instead?

Info: Applicants must be 10th, 11th or 12th grade high school, college or adult students. Applicants may study any major and attend any college in the U.S. Applicants must be legal residents of the U.S. and complete the online application form including the required personal statement. The award may be used for tuition, room and board, books or any related educational expense. Applicant must be committed to using education to better their life and that of their family and/or community.
